Learning and Laughing Together in the Light of God's Love

Our school motto is: ‘Learning and Laughing Together in the Light of God’s Love’

We live out our school motto every day and start each day with positivity and an eagerness to learn. We grow in God’s love and live out the Gospel values.

There is much to celebrate at St Joseph’s Primary School. Our school is a welcoming, happy school where people are helpful, considerate and respectful of each other. The children are enthusiastic and enjoy learning. We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated team of staff who strive to ensure that every child is successful, confident and responsible. That every child is equipped with all the skills they need to make a positive contribution to the local and global community.

We work in partnership with parents and carers and value the support and contribution they make to school life. The school enjoys a close partnership with St Joseph’s Church and we welcome Fr Tony as a regular visitor to our school. The strong partnerships that exist enable us to provide a happy, caring, engaging and effective learning environment. We foster high expectations and maintain good standards of achievement. We continue to carefully design our curriculum to develop and deepen thinking, independent learning, creativity and spirituality. We encourage our children to be confident and provide a wealth of opportunities for children to be excited about learning and challenged to achieve their very best.

We hope that you enjoy looking around our website to get a flavour of how special our school is. We are always happy to show people around and warmly welcome visitors but please do contact our office in advance.

We look forward to meeting you.
