Midday Assistant
St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint a Midday Assistant to cover for the duration of a colleague’s Maternity Leave. It is anticipated that the role will be required until the end of the Autumn Term.
Hours of Work: 10:45am – 1:30pm; Monday – Friday (13.75 hours / week)
Salary: XCET 3.3: £12.56 / hour
Our Midday Assistants create a positive, happy, and secure environment in our dining hall at lunchtime. Your primary role will be to facilitate and maintain the safety, welfare, and good conduct of pupils during the lunchtime break. This role would be suited to someone personable, empathetic and able to communicate effectively, whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner, under pressure.

Pastoral Support Worker
St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Redhill, together with St Francis’ Catholic Primary School, Caterham, are looking to appoint a full-time Pastoral Support Worker to work across the two schools, starting as soon as possible.
Salary: XCET Pay Grade 7
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team, to provide essential support to our pupils and their families, ensuring they receive the necessary interventions and resources to succeed both academically and personally.
This role will involve working closely with pupils, families at both school sites, but there is flexibility in how this could be arranged..
